I did a Ch 13 some time back. The accounts that were involved with the BK were listed as Wage Earner. The court paid the bills out when they felt like it (they have to collect from your wages and when they have enough for a set payment, they send it in). It took a while for the info to get to the CB's. The delay resulted in information being posted that I was 180 days late, etc. As soon as the CB was properly notified of the Ch 13, they corrected the entries. Payments made by the court were not disclosed in the same fashion as to a creditor. You should not be held responsible for the payment practices of the court.
Be careful - if you move to another state the Ch 13 info may be placed on your report for more than 7 yrs. I filed in NC, was discharged in NC. 8 yrs after filing, I moved to Colorado and the BK info was placed on CR again. Colorado did not distinguish between the chapters of BK - BK was BK(as I was told). My response was "Then why the hell did we live on mac & cheese, pinto beans and corn bread for 3 years so the court could take 25% of my take home pay, if there wasn't any difference." Anyway, I was still able to buy a house and re-establish credit, it just took a bit more paperwork and effort.
If you file or have filed, hang on to your paperwork, too. I still have mine 23 yrs later.
