Thanks for the response. I went to your website and I now have the SOL letter.

One thing I don't have for the letter is the actual date of the charge off from the original creditor. The original creditor does not show up on any of my credit reports. I know that the charge off date (1998) was two years prior to when the CA purchased the debt (2000), but I don't have any proof. Should I not worry about this or should I validate? What is your advice?
