someone calling my parents

Today my parents AND my in-laws got a phone call from some guy named Brian Huller or Schuller. This guy left a phone number 800-545-2705 x3273. He told my parents that he was an attorney and left a case number. He told my in-laws that he couldn't get in touch with me and that he had an envelope marked "very important". My MBNA account charged off last week, I suppose that this is all related to that. What I don't understand is why he claims that he can't get hold of me when I'm home most every afternoon and evening and I have an answering machine. I'm sure if this guy could figure out how to get in touch with my in-laws, he could figure out how to get in touch with me. Do you suppose this is a CA tactic? Now both my parents and my in-laws are wondering what is going on. I don't want to call this guy because I don't know who he is. Any suggestions? I plan to file for bankruptcy but am woefully short on funds at the moment. In the meantime, should I call and find out what this guy wants or should I ignore it for now? Any help is appreciated!
