Getting charge offs removed from my credit report

I have two charge offs on my credit report. Both have been paid in full. One was paid in full a year and half ago, the other a year ago. However, I want to get these either off my report all together or get them to state paid in full, closed my consumer, with no late payments. Does anyone know how I can do this?
