I received a letter and several calls from Whitewing Financial in Texas. This debt is over 15 years old and in my home state, debts over 6 years old cannot be collected. I told them this and they told me that they would repo my house and car. I told Mrs. Sanchez go right ahead and now they're being investigated by the AG's office in my state.
