As for their 'proper' validation, it IS insufficient. Per the FDCPA, a CA cannot just 'parrot' what it already has in its computers.

Per Spears v. Brennan, 'the last few statements' alone, nor the signed contract alone, consists of proper validation. They have to produce ALL the statements, a complete history of the account to prove the amount they allege that you owe - down to the last penny !!! ASS-et didn't do so because most of the time they can't.

If you end up in court, you need to use these points in that they have NOT sufficiently proven anything.
