AMEN and AMEN! They MUST produce a signature! Anyone can reproduce on their computer the exact same copy of a computer print out that they sent you... with someone else's name. I've done it myself. STAY ON POINT! PRODUCE A CONTRACT WITH YOUR WRITTEN SIGNATURE ON IT! Don't get into any arguments about anything else. They have to PROVE you owe it.
