I'm in the same boat or about to be. Right now I am at stage 1.( Still within the 30 day validation period). What was the time line on the process? These are things I NEED to know so I can prepair ahead. Sorry I don't have any answers and only questions but you the information I NEED. I am going thru this on a MBNA account that is now in W&A's hands. Any info. would be VERY HELPFUL.
BTW I'm in GA.
