W & A is totally unresponsive to claims for validation, cease and dispute letters. The next thing they do is then serve you a summons from a local attorney. You will have to fight them every step of the way. This new arbitration thing is crazy. MBNA Misery has fought these dragons, got an award against him and is now in the lawsuit stages. I have no idea how it is progressing from there.

Keep all certified copies and the green cards and keep a good paper trail. THis outfit plays hardball and arbitration does not follow the same rules and has the same standards of procedure that the others do.
