If they file suit to enforce the "fake" arbitration, you file an answer with the proof you have NOT accepted arbitration.
If they try to get a judgment based only on the "arbitration award" they cannot do so, they MAY try to file it as a regular case, but I doubt it-- they only go after the easy targets.
