good point fellow texan. judgements here r good for 10 years and renewable. the odds they shoot for is u sell something..want a loan to buy something..etc..in that time period. maybe today u have nothing..but unless ur 80 and have no surviving relatives..u dont know what u will be in 10 years. they use the odds to play that game of if we have 500 judgements..maybe 100 will have something eventually.
