LOL. very true. we have had..and we have lost. several times altho this is the worst lost ever. we may not "have" again in this life by now. but it is my best guess and common sense..they simply sue and obtain judgements as a shotgun. clogging up the courts..and if a parent, god forbid, dies.or another family person...u get some insurance money, or re-fi a house..that judgement will get paid. have a car wreck? there goes part of that too.. they couldnt care less if one is judgement proof or not..or if one is dying. bottom line is all money and odds. i told one..fine, when i die u can have my casket money. she was not impressed lol. and until the creditors lose this idea..we have no chance. they do not see us as people..they couldnt care less about helping a individual. it is all odds and amount of people. and its a sad thing to say about our companies and their morals. i like ur dad..he was a smart man! drs do the same..we r a diagnosis and numbers for the HMOs and insurance. they forget a real person is hurting behind that chart. its becoming more evident in society every day.
