I have seen "judgment proof" letters. I have also reviewed lawsuits in Alameda County Calfornia Superior Court, where the defendant states that either they are judgment proof or their income is SSI,SSDI, Social Security. Inspite of invoking such information, both the Court and the plaintiff go on about their business trying to get a judgment.
