Now I'm really confused.

Debt supposedly incurred in 1990 in Calif--last supposed payment in 1994.

We now live in WA--Department of Licensing says CA not licensed--but, "they're not a CA...they're a "debt buyer."

WA Attorney General responds to my complaint--basically--thanks for the information...we'll keep it in file (GEE THANKS)

CA's based in IL--can't download complaint form & 5 of the 6 - 800 phone #'s aren't assessible from WA. The other's perpetually busy...even on weekends.

Now I'm reading some are having trouble with SOL!

Where in the world do I begin...the clocks been ticking & I'm no further than I was in the beginning!

Can we be SOL on SOL?
