Experian's snail mail version used to contain certain notations under STATUS DETAILS that said "This account is scheduled to continue to record until 02-2008" for example. Sometime during the summertime or early fall of 2003, on the snail mail version they dropped this particular piece of information.

This makes it rather difficult to determine the date of last activity, if you do not have concrete evidence of your own.

You certainly cannot rely on Experian to report accurate data.

Now it only states that particular statement specifically in reference to an inquiry.
