I'll tell you exactly what is gonna happen. 1. You will be served with papers from dirtbags-r-us W & A. 2. In about 2-3 months you will get a letter in the mail from NAF telling you who the arbitrator is.(like you really care) 3. About 1 month later you will get a letter from NAF telling you that W & A has won the award, and yes they add $3000 to it. 4. Now, here comes the best part. In 3 mos. you will get a letter from a local attorney/debt collector(kind of like a clone of W & A)telling you that MBNA would like to offer you a settlement with substantial savings to you. Respond in 30 days, etc. In another 2 months you will be served with a summons to appear in your county's SUPREME COURT(not civil court). That is the point I am at right now. I hired an attorney.
