Drew, I am dealing with them now on a debt that they bought that is over 6 years old. This is 2 years past the SOL in my state (PA). Why Chat has an excellent letter to send to a collection agency that is trying to collect a debt that is past a state's SOL. Here is the link to Why Chat's website. Good luck!
