EXPERIAN - What's Going On?

I ordered CR 1/26 -- disputed all negative items. Received notice on 1/28 that address needed to be verified. Called Experian -- told them they gave me the credit report without validation, why did they need it for dispute? They wouldn't dispute without it so I sent them proof. Then on 2/10 I get email saying: "The results of your investigation of information in your Experian personal credit report are now available for online viewing. For your protection, please re-view your results online within four days of the following date: 02/10/2004" Also says on report "Results due 2/27/04"

OK -- I check that out and everything listed says Outcome: Remains, Outcome: Updated, Outcome: Reviewed

Yesterday I receive Report dated 2/10 "We are unable to process your request. If you believe that an item is inaccurate or incomplete, please notify us ---- etc etc or you may log in and select Dispute. Well, when I log in I get a notice of "special handling" please call to find out why.

What are they doing? Why would they send a list of the items in dispute on the same day they send a notice telling me they can't process my request? Where do I go from here?

And -- they added an address that is over 12 years old.

Thanks.
