nods*. its just how the system seems to work. we went to court one time for a dog bite..they had to post a 50$ bond and didnt show 3 times..the judge kept continuing it and my witnesses all lost work time (we showed every time, on time)..finally he said..looks like they didnt show again..50$ fine..(already paid with the bond) and banged his gavel. i guess our time didnt matter..nor count. i wish u luck cause its a long haul. trust me, should u not show..they would get a default very quickly. im telling ya..the courts r nothing but a racket.
