exactly! its a scam. and by using the CRAs the gov lets them do it. sorry for busting in on ur thread to JK..:) that is it exactly. if one couldnt pay the 50$ to begin with..why do they think next month they can pay 150$? and if u cant..then ur done. after one month i just gave up paying cause if it isnt more than the fees and interest..u throw it away. i told one lady this frm cap1 and she was like....ohhhhhhh i see ur point. whats the point of throwing money away when it wont make a dent? i dont see the logic in doin bisness this way at all--just to write off endless, staggering amounts of money? what do u make of that? i cant understand it. and true..had we not gotten the card to begin with..we wouldnt have to worry. we did it ourselves to ourselves. i admit however i was dumb and figured they would give me a chance to catch up and simply freeze the account. but nope. some cards u cant charge on if its the limit but some u can. and then up comes the interest..even if u have 10 years of good paying..makes no sense to me. perhaps im of the old time people who think customers matter?
