I just faxed a letter to NCO refusing arbitration. However, I have a question, should I also send a copy of that letter to the NAF??? Since I have already sent them a brief answer to the original claim (based on BAD information from a local attorney)... Or just ignore it. I believe the SOL is about the run soon, so the SOL begins the first date I was late on the original MBNA account right??? Thanks Credit505
