You should not HAVE to quote them, you should have prepared your answer with the documentation and printouts of your State laws and the TILA and whatever else is appropriate. These should be in a blue folder for the Court, if they have not already been delivered, and a copy for the plaintiff, if you have not followed the instructions and already sent your answer and notice of appearance.
