I got a default judgement against me and with all the extra costs added on there is no way that I am able to pay. I understand that they can garnish my bank account but not my paycheck. The credit card was only in my name and not my husbands...the judgement is also only in my name. I will close all accounts in my name, but can they garnish my husband's bank accounts? Also, my daughter (2yrs) has a savings account in her name but I am on it as the gaurdian. Can that account be garnished also? Thanks for your help in advance.
