ask to see the supposed signed contract. They probably don't even have it! If you didn't sign and it was one year..doesn't seem like they have a leg to stand on.
Cost me $400 to cancell verizon wireless because i couldn't afford it any more,lol. I pay them $5 a month..better than nothing I guess,lol.
