I have contacted the collection agency and they refused settlement. They offered payment arrangements on full amount. Credigy has taken me to court and a trial is set for next month. I am not sure about SOL because I was first late or delinquent in late 98 or in 99. Not sure and original creditor says they have no records. Yet they evidentally provided CA with copy of cc application w /signature. I don't know what to do. I have considered BK but only have about 8k total debts. I can't afford attorney because I am unemployed. ALthough I was considering having a attonry contacting CA by phone or letter. Doe anyone have any advice for my Stickey situation. I don't want to let them get judgement.
