The fact that Tx is a commmunity property State does NOT allow them to attack your husband's INDIVIDUAL bank account. Close your daughter's account and re-open it in another bank with your husband as guardian.

They cannot seize property (recreational vehicles or cars) that your husband owns. They MAY be able to take any vehicle of yours, or any that is jointly owned if the equity would be high enough for them to pay off the loan, pay your husband half the gross equity, deduct your exemption, and have enough left to pay over 50% of their claim.
