As why chat said in your last post, you are being scammed. The SOL for being sued in MO is 10 years on written contracts. Credit cards however are considered open accounts and have a separate 5 year SOL. Repo's, doctor bills, and utilities are all considered goods and services under Uniform Commercial Code and have a 4 year SOL.

Anyways, your reports should be coming clean soon(except for the BK which comes off at 10 years) provided you have not racked up any new negatives.

Watch out for a lot of CA's and OC's will try to to illegally re-age the accounts to keep them on your reports longer.
