Relative to the number of accounts Asset buys, they don’t sue very often at all.

According to Asset Acceptance’s own letter posted earlier, they’ve purchased 15,000,000 accounts over the years. Just how many of those do you think they’ve ever sued on? Fifteen MILLION accounts. Do the math. There are 100 million family units in the country. That is 1 out of every 6 families in the country owes Asset Acceptance. Go to a football stadium, 60,000 people there? 10,000 of them either owe or are in a family that owes Asset Acceptance. For every 10,000 people that owe Asset, only 600 eventually pay. If they sued everyone, the Bankruptcy rate in the country would skyrocket and Congress would be up in arms with congressional hearings. They really don’t sue that much at all.

Send the SOL letter.
