Maybe this will help. You can ask for validation. Neither admit or deny the debt. It is up to the plaintiff to prove that you are the person indebted and that all the charges are accurate and lega. Is it past the statue of limitations. The date of last payment to the original creditor starts the SOL.

You might want to consider bk, that will stop any further legal action against you. Here is a link to bk and judgement exemptions. (what they can not take if they get a judgement)
