If this is Missouri, the sol for a written contract is 10 years. Isn't a car note actually a written contract? I have a repo that's supposed to fall of this April but Cavalry just reported it in Dec. (joy) I have 4 violations on them so far yet I am hesitant to inform them of their law-breaking habits for fear of them filing suit against me. However, if they break a few more federal laws they will owe me what they claim I owe them. lol Any input is appreciated.
