Take heart valiant warrior;

AssXXXX Acceptic Crap-o-ration is acting like a bunch of disingenuous doot-flies. In short words, as they are.

Isn't it nice to see by their sleazy three-cornered mouth orangutang written 'defense' they've actually dug their shxxhole a few yards deeper than before?

Nice of them to call validation 'sending the last statement'. No. No, this is not validatin anymore than a pile of horsemanure atop a loaf of raisin bread is Crepe Suzettes. They're caught in their own petard. They are considered to be experts, devoid of any excuses for ignorance of the law.
Validation means every statement from start to end. Now, heed WhyChat's words well, don't ask for validation in SOL. Also, report their failure to properly validate - by their own self-indictment - to the FTC. Worth a few dollars should these greaszy sleazebags try any court stupidity.

A point of observation, the sanctimony in the defense letter rings so true of the 'criminal class' by way of their castigating debtors who don't want to pay, despite an iffy claim from a well known slob collector which by rights no one should ever pay with or without rendering due dilligence.

Sanctimony is typical of criminals, part of their sham morality. Serial killers H.L. Lucas and Ottis Elwood Toole drove about with severed body parts fermenting away in boxes placed smartly on the back seat of their stolen black jalopy. Bad conduct, Mr. Lucas is now a well-nourished resident of the Texas Penal system and Mr. Toole, to the lament of many, passed to his reward ca. 1996.

But had Ottis and Henry Lee castigated a fellow motorist for littering, why that would have been the definitive example of sanctimony.

CA's really do have a marvelously skewed sense of right and wrong. It's why they're called 'collections professionals'. It's why you need to smash these overstuffed goose livers back with all legal tools you might wield.

Professionally,

Keyser Soze
