The bills are not current, not in my nephew's case. He has not paid for about a year now. Credit report shows past due of 342.00 No history showing for the years 2000 and 2001 though, and they are the years I need. I got online credit report with his permission. If they try arbitration or sue him, I will hire an attorney. Discover card pissed ME off.
