Just write a letter stating receipt of their correspondence, state that this is not a valid debt that it was discharged in BK and state the BK case number and date it was discharged.
If they still continue to try and collect then you have a valid complaint and should contact the BK court. It is against Federal Law to try and collect a debt discharged in BK.
I had this happen to me 11 years after the BK on a debt from Shell Oil Co that had been sold to a CA.
Make sure that you send all correspondence certified Return Receipt. Maybe someone else will come along with more infor that should be included in the letter.
