The deletion from your credit reports has NOTHING to do with the plaintiff's ability to prove or your ability to disprove the claim.

If you don't demand absolute proof of it being your account, with a copy of your signed application and a complete accounting of all charges and interest, plus proof of the CA having a valid interest, i.e. purchase etc. then IF they cannot produce the required proof, you will win, if they can, you will lose.

If you had a SOL defense and did not file it with your answer to the Court, then you should do so at the hearing, or before if you have time.
