Thanks Why Chat.

The deletion from your credit reports has NOTHING to do with the plaintiff's ability to prove or your ability to disprove the claim.
+++ Doesn't the CRA verify the item with the creditor and delete it only when the creditor can't back it up?

If you don't demand absolute proof of it being your account, with a copy of your signed application and a complete accounting of all charges and interest, plus proof of the CA having a valid interest, i.e. purchase etc. then IF they cannot produce the required proof, you will win, if they can, you will lose.
+++Should I do that at the Appearance or is that implied in my Answer and if they don't bring it at the Appearence, they have no case or will this drag on? Can you please walk me through how the mediation process works so I know what to expect?

Is an order to appear a common thing after you send an Answer or does that mean they challenged my Answer because I have not received anything between sending my Answer and receiving the order to appear.

Again, thanks Why Chat. You have been very helpful to the folks here.
