I have CA that are trying to collect for SOL accounts. I have OPT out and have requested my Credit Reports. I have sent Why Chat's Validation letter to stall until the CR's come in the snail mail. Do I tell the CA that the account is SOL. I want to get these items deleted from CR. I am worried that SOL letter would make it difficult to use the "not mine" dispute in the future with the CRA.
