That is a lot of money. It depends on your financial situation and what you want to do, but you would probably need to see a lawyer and discuss all options. The next step is they will either ask you to make payment arrangements or you will get served by a local attorney who will try to have the award enforced into the courts. If you decide to fight it, you will have to move to have the case dismissed on the grounds that you did not agree to arbitration and you will have to assert your defenses and make them prove it.
