You got a phony arbitration award through a scam "debt elimination" con artist company to fight the phony arbitration award from W & A ??- Well-- let us assume that NEITHER of these "awards" are collectible in Court, and let us assume that W & A has a proveable claim on your debt from MBNA that will allow them to file for a judgment the old fashioned way.I assume you are within SOL ? If so, I guess your $$ to the "debt elimination" scammers is more $$ down a different rathole.
