EXXON REMARKS ON CREDIT REPORT

I just recently pulled a credit report due to personal reasons and while scanning noticed a negative remark from EXNMBLE/MGBA. I closed my account in June of 1992 and they have a negative remark that says
" Unrated or Bankruptcy" I never filed bankruptcy or have even been close to such thing. How can I get in touch with these people to have this removed from my credit report? It has been 12 years and should not even be there anymore anyway. I have no address or anything. Can you help?
