naw hon its not too late, nothing in writing, is it?? . i have made the mistake of saying i would pay 25$ a month..*ducking frm the throwing of rotten apples at me here* and all u do is make them furious when u back out..woohoo. and it tells them to keep feeding cause u might have some money. just will make the calls worse for awhile. but mine r so bad already lol..do not call them tho. NO never lol. u will be subject to verbal abuse like u have no idea. they fish with the settlement offers to see if u have any money. i tell them i have to go kill a chicken for supper usually lol. "oh, look! road kill!" now if u WANT to settle..just make sure its all in writing with the forms and paid in full stuff completely legal or they will sell the diff to another CA. usually mine wont put a thing in writing on the offers. they will say oh u pay first then we will. laffing. uh huh sure i will...hang in there!!! they sound so nice..beaver cleaver till u back out. then its mr hyde or jeffrey dahmer. lol. man, how can they do that every day for hours? they lock people up for less than that.
