So a ghost from my husbands divorce showed up last week. The debt is 13 years old. By the way I see it, they can't sue us, and it's to old to put as a notch on his credit file. Am I right?? Would a cease and desist letter to this creditor cause him to back off?? Or is there something he can do to us?? We live in Missouri.
