What is Legal? Well it's anything not illegal.

That goes for "we will refer this matter to our legal department" or "pay now or this mater will be referred for legal action."

First off it's never good to talk to CA, but for fun try asking what they mean.

Ten bucks says they don't get an answer or you will get a circular answer, the legal department, is where we handle legal matters.
