did file answer with court, notice of apperance,no validation as defense attorney sent some proof not total validation, barely legible copy of application, and a few statements, this account has been on going for about 10 years, haven't paid since last april, would it be better to file BK or just take judgement if i lose, it is my account. i have other outstanding accounts in my name only and not my husbands.
