One thing that really bugs me is, when "You owe money you are hounded to death" But, when a company owes you money or an account needs to be updated YOU NEVER hear a thing. my mortgage was modified back in September 2003.new loan new terms, AND you know what? I still have not gotten updated information, & customer service tells me I am past due since MARCH 2003!!!!!!!!!!!! I don't know what kind of dummies they have working at WAMU but they are the bottom of the barrel.
