stressing big time over a 13

I am getting ready to file a ch 13. I meet with my attorney on Friday to go over everything. I have 25K st loans 17K cc and a car loan that is 10K upside down. Here is the problem. My husband just reminded me that way back my father transferred some land to me so that if he died it would stay in the family. I didn't sign anything, he filled out a warranty deed and filed it with the county. I think the value of the land is around 20,000 of which my claim is 1/3, my other siblings have 1/3 each. I have a copy of the deed.
two things...how does this effect my 13?
will my dad find out that I am filing because of this?
