After I recieved a summons for suit for an SOL debt the so called attorney sent another letter the same week demanding payment after I was served, now again this week I recieved another letter saying that the attorney has adviced the client aka asset acceptance to file suit...what gives, can they keep on and on and on sending me threatening letters??? when will it stop...they have already filed suit...is'nt that enought already????
