Unfortunately the answer is we are living in a highly evolved Kleptocracy. Absolutely agree. If I owe money I am savaged mercilessly by cash-crazed weasels otherwise known as 'collections professionals'. Thanks to fine friends on this board, after enduring a bit of savaging I now can strike back, leaving the pukes some fond memories as well as reasons not to play with me.
However, if someone owes me something, particularly if it's a big, big, great big huge fake corporation of the 'new economy' predatory capitalism strain, it is I who be's SOL. If you gets my drift.
