I am in WA - being sued by Asset Acceptance -- I have a hearing coming up - they filed a motion for summary judgement - to which I replied with the help of a very nice atty(however not the one referred on this board, he told me he could/would help me then disappeared and I ended up doing it myself on the last day it could be done, having the response reviewed by the new atty at the last minute - thank god for the new one!) ... the only thing I went to the 2nd atty for was to get the response written up correctly. He does not do 'credit' work per se -- so, I will be going to court on my own. What is going to happen when I get in the courtroom? What can I expect?
