If the lien is impairing your exemption, your attorney maybe able to file a motion for lien avoidance. This only applies to non-purchase secured interests (NPSI). Since you didn’t buy the house with the car loan, this may apply.

Again seek legal advice; don’t wholly rely on the first piece of advice you get. This attorney may have a motive to push chapter 13 cases (more money to them).
