Hi:

Can a CA continue to charge Finance charges on a credit card they bought and was charged off by original crditor? I have cc's that were charged off over 4 years ago say at $6000 now at $11,000+++. In other words, is it LEGAL for CA purchaser to keep adding FINANCE CHARGES WITHOUT EVER providing me MONTHLY STATEMENTS and just TACK on and on and on?
